I will surpass general rules to come right away to the particulars.
I was by no means surprised by the total indifference on the part of the numerous leaders of the Rusin organizations towards my personality, when in January 2000 I was bedridden by heart attack, the man whose image has been created as a literary-scandals author and a hard-core political opposition man, even the most famous and widespread and much spoken actions of my Rusin books, newspapers, calendars – that were prohibited by the then President of Ukraine – L. Kuchma didn’t work. Even though I have been awarded the international Alexander Dukhnovich prize and a series of foreign premiums - made no impact.
I quite understand everything, envy of some, timidity and fright of others that there may appear another political rival, and still in many others, - indifference…
In spite of this, in the autumn of 2000, I was not only surprised, even not impressed or shocked, - but also - lutely ruined by the relationship of those bosses of the Rusin organizations towards my new personal tragedy – my wife was set the diagnosis to be ill with breast cancer. The ailment had been neglected … an immediate treatment was urgent. In order to cure such an ailment – a lot of money is needed…
In one of the autumn months of 2000 the current meeting of the Rusin organization was to be held in Prashov with delegations from Europe, Canada and the US.
Exactly at that meeting Magocsi made an official announcement to the effect that the Rusin organizations of diaspora from America, Canada and Western European countries have raised two and a half million $ US to support the Rusin movement and that he, Magocsi , will be personally in charge of the money.
Cornered by my personal sorrow, the illness of own wife,- I came up to the chief sponsor of all International Rusin actions, billionaire Steven Schepa and in the presence of academician Paul Robert Magocsi told of my medical and financial problems…
It seemed to me that having favourable attitude to Rusin organizations the Canadian billionaire would immediately… in a word it turned out a misunderstanding…
The billionaire’s harsh and cold as ice words poured onto me…
- “When ill with cancer one shouldn’t spend a farthing, even though this may be the closest person, death is unavoidable. I had been in the same shoes… my second wife was ill with cancer. I didn’t spend a cent on her recovery. She understood men. I waited a year or so-right after her death I married the third time. And I am living a happy life with her. So, you Ivan don’t be too much sad. The main thing is – do not spend money for her vain treatment, you’ll need the money later…”
There were three of us: billionaire Steven Schepa, academic Paul Robert Magocsi and me…. We asked for coffee in the Dukhnovitch theater cafe.
Having finished his “speech” in abdominal Rusin language the billionaire Steven Schepa drank his coffee, like an American would, patted me on the shoulder – Magocsi followed suit… and away they went…
I couldn’t finish my coffee; I felt a choke in the throat… calling the waiter I paid the bill, and for a long time sat there in amazement and silence at the table we had so wonderfully passed the time, - the table from whose unfathomable depths there looked at me the bleeding eyes of my dead soul.
P.S. This 16 September my wife Valentina might have been 56 since the day of her birth.
Though the ailment was a harsh one, it might have been treated - there was no money… The sum I had – I spent… But I needed more money… and nobody helped!!! Nobody helped.
The American idiot and Canadian cracked-academic Magocsi in four guises
1. The fact that Magocsi is a full American is testified by the feature in the news in the “Tribuna” of July 7, 2007. “How great poet Petro Midyanka was “wedded” to Rusins”. Last week to one of the remotest villages of Tyachiv (Transcarpathia) – Shiroky Lug came quite unexpectedly a delegation with Paul Robert Magocsi and Veleriy Padyak. The gentlemen visited the headmaster of the village school having the aim to present the book written in coauthorship: “A People from Nowhere” with the well-known Ukrainian poet Petro Micolayevich Midyanka. As was personally reported by P. Midyanka, Magocsi and Padyak in the name of Rusins, proposed the poet to join in the Rusins movement, in return for money endowment and the literary award of O. Dukhnovich. But Petro Midyanka was not to be misled and came on top saying he has been engaged with Ukraine since birth… Hence the near-Rutins Magocsi and Padyak left with nothing. We have nothing to do but laugh with ridicule over the adventurists of the Rusin movement…”
This solemn and anti-Rusin information was printed in nearly all the press of Transcarpathia.
Here we have Magocsi – a true American idiot, - who does not understand the political situation in Subcarpathia, together with Jewish Padyak who only damaged the cause of true Subcarpathians.
2. Because Magocsi is a complete Canadian fool is testified by his book “A People from Nowhere”, which at the expense of the money from Rusin diaspora was published at Padyak’s wife pointing shops.
In Subcarpathia folks do not wish to take his book in their hand, and nobody is willing to buy it only for the title – “A People from Nowhere”. Why should the people of Subcarpathia be called – “A people from nowhere’?!
The cracked Magocsi , - people from Subcarpathian ignore him. You are because an idiot and fool, for you don’t have the knowledge, and therefore you don’t have the honour and face, you are a money-thirsty criminal and a liar. Why do you plunder the money of Rusin diaspora, having printed that book of yours in idiotic fashion including in Romanian?! For whom in Romanian? … What for – in Romanian?!
3. That’s why here we say of you, why an idiot and cracked in one, is wishing to hold a congress in Romania? We understand why in Romania, to plunder the money donated by diaspora to show how mighty Magocsi is (Mahochy means Mighty). For the first significance of that congress is – the glory of Mahochy, but not in the name of Rusins. And, secondly, there are not enough Rusins in Romania worth making there an ideological bustle and that is why this current Magocsi -Show is only for the sake of a “show” and is a complete show-off and waste of the money of the Rusins. There was not a single honest and well-balanced Subcarpathian participating at the congress. Here the rascals, who left no stone unturned, wanted Padyak to be elected as head of Subcarpathian Rus, but Magocsi did everything possible and impossible so that Padyak was elected the Chief representative of the Rusins. Total failure of Magocsi policies!
4. The mere fact that Magocsi is an absolute idiot and cracked is testified by his voyage to Kiev, with his personal friend – Padyak’s wife, and a representative of the Regional Party of Ukraine Mrs. Karpatchova.
And this shameful deed happened only a couple of weeks later after the Rusins were recognized as Subcarpathian Rus. And this meeting was organized to full extent by the great Rusin, who is now currently head of the Secretariat of Ukrainian President Mr. Victor Baloga who was head of Nasha Ukraina Party - the complete opposition to the Party of Regions. And that’s why the people have to be idiots and cracked together – to let such idiocy go.: only the chief representative of the “Nasha Ukraina” Party Victor Baloga has done for the Rusins the impossible – he has recognized them officially on the regional level as how cracked and idiot Magocsi together with Padyak’s wife went to lick the ass of Karpacheva – a regional party representative.
And in closing, Jewish Padyak wanted, for the money given by Magocsi to capture the Rusin House in Uzhgorod. But the Rusins of Subcarpathia resisted the evil doings of Padyak-the-jew, the idiot Magocsi and the cracked billionaire Schepa. Two years now the honest Rusins in Subcarpathia have been sueing Padyak-the-cracked and Magocsi and Schepa and have been given justice in the final court-hearing. Jewish Padyak has been ousted from among the Rusins of Subcarpathian Rus, and with this an end is put to the raiders’ campaign of the idiot and crazy Magocsi and half-literate billionaire Schepa.

Je passe tout de suite des cas particuliers aux tendances generales. Victime d’un infarctus en automne 2000, je n’etais pas du tout etonne de l’indifference de certains dirigeants des organisations roussines . Ils m’ont traite comme une personne provoquant des scandales dans le monde litteraire et l’image qu’ils ont ainsi creee a atteint leur but malgre mes livres , journaux et calendriers roussines, interdits d’abord par le president de l’epoque Leonide Kouchma, puis recompenses par des prix internationaux dont celui
portant le nom d’Alexandre Douchnovich.
J’ai tout compris : les uns sont des jaloux, les autres ont peur de voir en ma personne un nouveau rival politique.
En automne 2000, j’ai ete completement choque par l’attitude des memes dirigeants roussines envers ma tragedie personnelle. On a diagnostique le cancer du sein chez ma femme. Elle avait besoin d’un traitement tres couteux…
En automne 2000, a Prachov, Slovaquie, a eu lieu une rencontre internationale des roussines d’Europe, du Canada et d’Amerique.
C’est la que Magocsi a annonce que la diaspora d’Amerique du Nord, d’Europe et du Canada avait collecte deux millions et demi de dollars pour soutenir le mouvement des roussines et que lui, Magocsi supervisait la gestion de cette somme.

Nous etions trois, le milliardaire Steven Chepa, l’academicien Paul Robert Magocsi et moi… C’etait au cafe du theatre portant le nom de Douchnovich.
Le cafe bu, le milliardaire m’a donne quelques coups a l’americaine sur le dos, l’academicien a imite son geste et ils sont partis…

Magocsi - Idiot americain et imbecile canadienQuatre facettes de l’academicien Magocsi
1. Magocsi n’est qu’un idiot americain. Et l’article « Comment l’on voulait « convertir » le celebre poete Petr Midianka en Roussine » publie dans le journal « Tribune » le 7 juillet 2007 en est la preuve.
La semaine derniere, une delegation peu ordinaire et inattendue est arrivee dans le village montagnard Chyrokyi Loug se trouvant dans la region de Tiachiv en Transcarpathie. La delegation se composait de Paul Robert Magocsi et de Valeryi Padiak.
Ils se sont rendus chez le directeur de l’ecole du village pour presenter le livre controverse « Peuple venu de nulle part ». On a aussi invite a cette rencontre Petr Midianko, celebre poete ukrainien. Midianko qui se croit Roussine a raconte que Magocsi et Padiak lui avaient propose de prendre part au mouvement roussine en lui promettant de l’argent et des prix litteraires dont le prix Douchnovich. Mais le poete a repondu avec fierte que depuis sa naissance « il restait fidele » a l’Ukraine. Alors, Magocsi et Poliak sont rentres bredouilles.
Il ne nous reste qu’a rire encore une fois de tous ces schemas controverses de la renaissance du mouvement roussine.

2. Cet imbecile canadien Magocsi a publie, en utilisant l’argent de la diaspora roussine, le livre « Peuple venu de nulle part ».
En Transcarpathie, personne n’achete ce livre a cause de son titre. Pourquoi les Roussines de Transcarpathie sont-ils un peuple venu de nulle part ?
C’est toi, Magocsi , qui n’as pas de patrie. Tu n’es qu’un menteur gaspillant l’argent de la diaspora roussine en publiant ce livre debile en roumain. Pour qui en roumain et pourquoi en roumain ?
3. Nous pouvons repondre nous-meme a cette question. C’est parce que le Congres a eu lieu en Roumanie. Et pourquoi en Roumanie ? C’est pour montrer aux sponsors de la diaspora que « l’affaire de Magocsi tout puissant » se developpe dans le monde.
A notre avis, ce Congres etait nul parce qu’il avait ete organise pour glorifier Magocsi et pas pour servir le mouvement roussine, et puis, en Roumanie, il n’y avait pas assez de Roussines pour y organiser des actions ideologiques. C’est pourquoi ce Congres n’etait qu’une depense inutile d’argent. La Transcarpathie n’y etait pas representee par des gens honnetes. Mais meme ceux qui y assistaient ont refuse, malgre les demandes de Magocsi , d’elire le juif Padiak president de l’organisation roussine en Transcarpathie. Ce fut donc finalement un echec complet de la politique de Magocsi .
4. La visite de Magocsi avec son meilleur pote juif Padiak a Kyiovo chez la representante du Parti des Regions d’Ukraine Karpachova est encore une preuve qu’il n’est qu’un imbecile et un idiot absolu.
Cet evenement honteux s’est deroule quelques semaines apres la reconnaissance officielle des Roussines au niveau regional. Cette reconnaissance est devenue possible grace au celebre Roussine Victor Baloga, maintenant chef du Secretariat du president de l’Ukraine, il y a peu encore president du parti « Notre Ukraine », rival farouche du parti des regions.
Il faut etre vraiment bete pour le faire. Des qu’une des premieres personnes du parti « Notre Ukraine », Victor Baloga, eut fait une chose qui semblait jusqu’ici impossible, c’est-a-dire qu’il eut fait reconnaitre officiellement les Roussines au niveau regional, cet idiot de Magocsi et son copain juif Padiak se sont rendus chez Karpachov, representante du parti des regions.
Et le dernier point : en utilisant l’argent de Magocsi et de Chepa, ce juif Padiak voulait s’accaparer de la Maison des Roussines a Uzhgorod. Mais les Roussines de Transcarpathie ont bien riposte contre ces actions malhonnetes. Cela fait deux ans que dure le proces des Roussines honnetes de Transcarpathie contre Padiak, Magocsi et Chepa. Ils ont deja gagne le dernier proces.
Le juif Padiak a ete banni des rangs des Roussines de Transcarpathie ce qui a mis fin aux plans des deux raiders, l’imbecile Magocsi et le milliardaire illettre Chepa.

До загальних тенденцій одразу ж переходжу з особистих ситуацій.
Я аніскільки не був подивований абсолютною байдужістю до мене чисельних керівників русинських організацій, коли в січні-лютому 2000-го року зліг з обширним інфарктом -ними ж намальований образ літературного скандаліста, жорсткого політичного опозиціонера спрацював: навіть не зважаючи на щонайширші резонансні акції моїх русинських книг, газет, календарів - від заборони їх президентом України Кучмою до нагородження мене Міжнародною премією Олександра Духновича й ще рядом зарубіжних премій.
Я все розумів: в одних - заздрість, в других - боязнь зяви нового політичного конкурента, в ще інших - звична байдужість...
Однак, восени того ж таки, 2000-го, року я був не те що здивований, навіть не вражений, а - абсолютно вбитий відношенням тих же керівників русинських організацій до моєї нової особистої трагедії - дружині визначили діагноз: рак молочної залози... Хвороба запущена. Потрібне термінове лікування. А для лікування такої страшної хвороби і гроші потрібні страшно великі...
Одного з осінніх місяців 2000-го року у словацькому місті Пряшові проходила чергова міжнародна зустріч русинських активістів Європи, Канади й Америки.
Саме там Магочі офіційно заявив, що русинська діаспора Америки, Канади, Західної Європи зібрала два з половиною мільйони доларів на підпорування русинства, і він, Магочі, тим розпоряджається.
Притиснутий власною страшною бідою -хворобою дружини - я підійшов до головного спонсора всіх міжнародних русинських акцій, мільярдера Стівена Чепи, і в присутності академіка Пола Роберта Магочія розповів про свої медичні й фінансові проблеми...
Мені здавалося, що прихильний до русинства канадський мільярдер тут же... - одним словом, уявлявся суцільний позитив...
Але не снігом, а до серця сягаючим колючим градом посипались на мою голову байдужі слова мільярдера:
-При хворобі на рак навіть на найближчу людину не варто витрачати й цента: смерть - невідворотна. Я мав аналогічну ситуацію. Моя друга дружина захворіла на рак. На лікування я не виділив їй ні цента. Вона мене зрозуміла. Я вичекав трохи більше року - одразу після її смерті одружився втретє. І живу щасливо. Так, що й ти, Йване, не дуже перймайся. Головне: не трать гроші на її пусте лікування-вони тобі ще знадобляться.
Нас було троє: мільярдер Стівен Чепа, академік Пол Роберт Магочі, і - я... Ми в кавярні театру імені Духновича замовили каву...
Скінчивши свій виголошений жахливою русинською бесідою "спіч", мілярдер Стівен Чепа допив каву, за американським звичаєм поплескав мене по спині, те ж зробив і академік Магочі...І - вони пішли...
Я не міг допити свою каву - душило в горлі...
Покликав кельнера, розрахувався, і ще довго й німо сидів за чудово відполірованим столом, з бездонних глибин якого люто позирали на мене криваві очі моєї вмерлої душі...
P.S.Цьогорічного 16 вересня моїй дружині Валентині могло випонитися пятдесят шість років від дня народження. Але - 9 липня виповнилося рік від дня її смерті.
Хоча хвороба й важка, її можна було врятувати - потрібно було гроші... Ті, які я мав - я витратив... Але треба було більше... І - ніхто не допоміг!!!..Ніхто не допоміг.

Панове завітали до директора тамтешньої школи з метою презентації сумнівної книги „Народ нізвідки”. На розмову запросили і відомого українського поета Петра Миколайовича Мідянку. Як повідомив сам П.Мідянка, назвавшись русинами, Магочі й Падяк запропонували йому включитися в русинський рух, за що пообіцяли грошові нагороди, зокрема, літературну премію імені О.Духновича. Але Петро Мідянка виявився на висоті –відповів, що його ще з народження „засватала” Україна. Тому майже русин Магочі і Падяк поїхали ні з чим. А нам залишається ще раз посміятися над авантюрними схемами відродження русинського руху...”

На Пuдкарпатю йсю книжку челядь ани в рукы ни хоче брати, не вто, ош куповати, уже из-за самої назвы - „Народ нізвідки”. Чому тото русины Пuдкарпатя суть – „народ нізвідки”!?

4) А вже тото, ош Магочі є абсолютным мудаком и ідіотом засвідчує його вояж до Кийова, из свойым лїпшым цїмбором жидком Падяком до представителницї партиї регійонuв Украйины Карпачової.
Сисе паскудство ся стало через пару тыжньuв после вызнаня русиныв на уровни Пuдкарпатя. А вчинив тото вызнаня у повнuв мірі великый русин, якый нынї є Головов секретаріату президента Украйины Віктор Балога, и иппен овuн ищи недавно быв и головов партиї „Наша Украйина”, котра є повносив враждебна партиї регійонuв.
И тото, чиляде, треба быти и ідіотом и мудаком уєдно, обы ся допустити аттакого паскудства: лем головный представитель партиї „Наша Украйина” Віктор Балога учинив для русинuв нивозможноє – узнав йих офіціально на уровни родного края, кой мудак и ідіот Магочі уєдно из жидком Падяком побігли до Кийова лизати гузирю якuвись льофі Карпачовuв из партийї регійонuв.
И майпослїдноє: на гроші Магочія й Чепы жидюк Падяк хотїв по рейдерськы захватити Дом Русинов у Ужгородї. Но русины Пuдкарпатя ся воспротивили паскудству жидюка Падяка, ідіота Магочія і мудака мільярдера Чепы – и вже уйграли послїдный суд. Жидюка Падяка увержено из русинства Пuдкарпатя, а з ним ся кuнчавуть рейдерські планы ідіота и мудака Магочія и малограмотного мільярдера Чепы.
